It is useful in automobile sector for ceiling, paneling, seat back rest etc. Because of high pressure, the panel develops high density that can sustain high traffic on flooring in public & industrial use.It is available in 33 & 36 Kg in 12 mm, 38 & 44 Kg in 16mm.The ply is densified with density values 0.845 to 1.20 gm/cm3
Twezaply ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE BUSFLOORING is constructed using treated hardwood and five bar 1.5mm thickness aluminium sheet pressed in 3500 tonnes capacity hot press by hot cold process. It is a composition of high densified product, unsaturated polyester resin and high degree polymer phenolic resin.Buses deck, heavy automobile floor, paneling, seats, back rest of seats. It can be used for sound proofing, reduction in temperature & vibrations.
