Twezaply FIRE RETARDANT PLYWOOD is made by hardwood species with single core veneer and using BWP grade E1 (Emission Level) standard adhesive for its internal bonding. It is suitable to human health due to free from formaldehyde emission. All the veneers are processed by jet type hot air dryers for its moisture equalization and uniform properties. This plywood is double pressed by cold and heating medium for high mechanical strength.
Twezaply MOULD AND DIE PLYWOOD is produced by high technical specified precision process environment. Calibrated instruments are used to make these products . Input raw materials like core-veneer, resin and chemicals are segregated and pretested before processing to ensure their quality. Timber logs of selected species like dipterocarp us [Gurjan (keruing)], fagus sylvatica (steam beach) etc. are given steam treatment to take out the oil and soften the fiber for precision peeling . This product is cured under digital controlled parameters to maintain all the chemical & mechanical properties.
