Our Film Faced Shuttering Plywood is made from selected hardwood core-veneers, BWP grade of phenol formaldehyde resin that conforms to IS 848:1974. used in all kinds of shuttering and centering work in construction of buildings, dams, bridges, beams and roofings ,bonded with specially formulated Phenolic resin with 100 % Gurjan Hardwood and Imported Red Film on both sides with logo and embossed brand name .The film ensure a mirror look and smooth surface for shuttering purposes. Assembled core veneers are pressed in hydraulic hot press and then sanded in imported calibrated machine where uneven thickness of core veneer, from 0.5 mm to 0.1 mm becomes flat after sanding.Has absolutely smooth surface so an excellent item for post lamination and post forming for making furniture, insert and modular item.
